Securitize Markets is available to both accredited and non-accredited investors and institutional accounts, however there may be dependencies on a specific digital asset.
Each digital security has certain restrictions that may prevent non-accredited or non-US investors from Investing or Trading. These regulations are chosen by each Issuer. An example below of two types of regulations (not exhaustive):
- Reg A+ offerings allow US non-accredited investors
- Reg D offerings are offered to
- US accredited investors and institutional investors
- Non-US accredited investors have different requirements based on country of residence (for Example, countries in Europe require a self-certification of accreditation
